- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not been shipped.
- Once an order is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after product inspection.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping costs.

- Opened software or digital products.
- Clearance or final sale items.
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect items.
